BILLFLOW UNIVERSAL BILLING & GST
USER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Software is supplied as a billing and invoice-management utility. The user must enter correct company, customer, product, GST, bank and invoice information.

2. Invoice numbering, dates, GST calculations, HSN/SAC, place of supply and tax treatment must be checked by the user before issuing an invoice.

3. The user is responsible for compliance with applicable GST, income-tax, e-invoicing, e-way bill, accounting and other statutory requirements.

4. Saved PDF/Excel files and database backups should be checked by the user. Maintain independent backup copies for important business records.

5. Customer personal/business information must be collected and handled lawfully and securely by the user. Do not share confidential customer data without appropriate authorization.

6. Email and WhatsApp sending features use the user's configured Windows applications or external services. Successful delivery depends on those services and the user's internet connection.

7. Printing depends on the selected Windows printer and its driver. Print previews and generated documents should be checked before final printing.

8. Developer branding, the Wings Lab logo, developer website and developer email are protected application elements and may not be removed or altered without written authorization from Wings Lab.

9. The license key is confidential. The user must not publish, resell, duplicate or attempt to bypass it. Suspected compromise should be reported to Wings Lab.

10. No user should use the Software for fraudulent invoices, false GST claims, illegal transactions, identity misuse or other unlawful activity.

11. Wings Lab may provide updates, bug fixes and improvements. Feature availability may differ between versions.

13. The customer should retain copies of this document and the End User Software Agreement.
